Olivette began with a single wood-burning hearth and a simple belief: the Mediterranean tastes best when it's shared slowly. Our menu changes with the catch and the season — bright, generous, and rooted in the coast.
Everything is cooked over live flame, plated for the middle of the table, and meant to be passed hand to hand.
